We recognize there are many traditions, rituals, and practical aspects that families consider — on an individual, community, cultural, or faith basis — when a loved one dies.

In sharing your feedback, you may choose to self-identify in a cultural group, a faith group, a visible minority group, or any other group if you feel it’s helpful to expressing your views about hospice. Personal and identifying information will not be shared with the public.
