Heather Webster is a lawyer practicing health law with Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. In her practice, Heather provides advice to health care organizations on a wide range of issues including physician credentialing, risk management, policy, regulatory college matters, and end of life issues. Heather’s disputes practice is focused on medical malpractice, administrative law, and public law matters.
Heather is a proud alumnae of Mount Allison University, where she completed her Bachelor of Arts (Honours Psychology), and Dalhousie University, where she completed a combined law and Master of Health Administration degrees program. In addition to her involvement with Hospice Halifax, Heather is a member of the Student Affairs Committee of the Mount Allison University Board of Regents and sits on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Interprofessional Health Collaborative.
