Our community wall is running each night 5pm to 10pm – displaying the names and photos submitted by members of our community in memory of their loved one.

Wherever you are, whomever you have lost and whenever it was, you are warmly invited to join with us as we cherish the memories of our loved ones.
This year, Hospice Halifax will be illuminated with hundreds of lights. This is a space where our community can gather to see the light of their loved ones shine bright.

Submitting Your Loved One's Photo
Our Community Wall will be filled with names and photos of loved ones. To include a photo, complete the following steps:
- Complete the donation form below. Include your loved one's name in the text box below your donation amount.
- Click the "Give Securely" button to enter your credit card information.
- Once your donation has been processed, you'll automatically be redirected a new page on our website to upload your photo.
Our community wall is no longer active - if you would still like to donate in someones name you are able but it will not appear on the wall.
