The Departure Lounge
Because talking about death makes life easier.
The Departure Lounge is a public installation that encourages people to talk about death, dying and what it means to have a good death. It is staffed by , doctors and hospice workers with experience of death and dying and was based in the Halifax Central Library.
Where: The Atrium of Halifax Central Library
Hours of Operation:
- Monday – Thursday 9:30 AM – 9:00 PM
- Friday – Sunday – 5:30 PM
