Nova Scotia Warm Line (Non-Crisis)

Call 1-833-927-6546 to speak with a trained peer-support volunteer who will listen with empathy, while helping you find the help, support, and resources available to you. 

This service is available: Mon/Tues/Thurs from 1:00 p.m. to  5:00 p.m., and Wed from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
