On-the-Go Grief Group

The On-the-Go Grief Group offers adults grieving a death a confidential time to share their concerns, triumphs, and day-to-day experiences while walking and/or moving through Point Pleasant Park. Trained facilitators guide discussion during the meeting. Community members can come at any point in the grief process, whether the death occurred at Hospice Halifax or in another circumstance.

This group meets every other Thursday, from 5:30 pm to 7 pm, starting May 11, 2023. See calendar for details.

No pets
We suggest you dress for the weather and bring a water bottle

Registration is no longer required for each session. Please do not arrive at the hospice before 5:15 pm.
