Singing With Grief, Music Therapy Support Group
Singing With Grief, Adult Music Therapy Grief Support Group
Songs have the potential to connect with our deepest emotions, and singing becomes a way we release those feelings.
Singing With Grief is a free, ten-week music therapy group that supports adults in exploring how the voice and singing can be therapeutic tools in their personal grief journey. Each session is closed for registered participants to create a familiar and supportive space where individuals can build community and be supported while accessing and releasing emotion.
Singing experience is NOT necessary to join this group. All levels of experience are welcome.
