Kaitlin has joined Hospice Halifax in the role of Social Work and Programs Manager. Kaitlin completed both her Bachelors and Masters of Social Work. She has practiced Social Work in a wide variety of capacities full time since 2010. Kaitlin has a passion for diversity, story, compassion/grace. Her hope is to use these passions to support those who engage with Hospice Halifax. Kaitlin is a non status Mi’kmaw woman with settler heritage and has lived and worked in several provinces, and is happy to return home to Nova Scotia. She loves puzzles. She enjoys building connections and thinking creatively-outside the box. She is passionate about holding space for all the tender moments of life.
