Rachel Boehm

Executive Director

Rachel joined Hospice Halifax in May 2024. Prior to joining Hospice, Rachel worked for many years in progressively more senior leadership roles in the healthcare system, most recently as Executive Director, Addiction and Mental Health, with Horizon Health Network. Prior to her work in healthcare leadership, Rachel worked in communications and fundraising in the non-profit sector. Outside of work, Rachel loves adventures in the outdoors, being active and making memories with family.
