Arthur joined Hospice Halifax in January 2024. Arthur is originally from NYC where he obtained his MSW from CUNY Hunter College. Prior to working at Hospice Halifax, Arthur provided counseling for individuals navigating intimate partner violence, homelessness, relational trauma, systemic bigotry, and identity integration. Arthur is trained in DBT and somatic IFS and integrates these theories into his grief counseling. Arthur believes that providing space for grief to be validated, shared, and understood allows for more authentic and integrated self-expression. In his free time, Arthur dotes on his two bunnies and enjoys collaging.
