As Partner, Graham works across several practices at Venor, supporting the team with executive recruitment, leadership and business development, and internal operations. Born and raised in Halifax, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary’s University. He’s an entrepreneur with a track record of success leading various organizations, spanning several industries, and is keenly aware of the importance, and challenges, of building a strong team and culture. Graham takes pride in working with clients to understand their needs today, while developing a roadmap to ensure future success. His transparent and direct approach allows him to collaborate with clients and build mutual trust while working with the team on executive placements.    Graham’s business and community involvement has allowed him to build a vast network throughout Atlantic Canada. Currently, Graham serves on the Board of Hospice Halifax, IWK Foundation Development Committee and Trailblazer for Cancer organizing Committee. He’s past chair of Phoenix Youth Program’s annual Gala and Children’s Wish Heroes Challenge. Graham currently resides in Halifax with his partner Janet and son, Grayson.
